I know what you mean, I have a 3 hole binder and punch. I keep the service manual in the binder and as I find and print stuff out, I insert it into the corresponding part of the manual. I also made up some sheets to document which maintenance I do, at how many miles, and when. I staple reciepts for the supplies I buy to these sheets and they all go in the binder, too! I even have a hole punched ziploc that spare parts go into (like the white spacer, a spare pilot screw cover, and now a 145 and 147.5 main jet!!!!!). Of course, I'm an organization freak.....
